Thanks a lot for the explanation but I didn't figure out how to calculate my timezone. Could you help me? I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Timezone is -0300 UTC. How can I configure TZ_TIMEZONE? Can I use TZ_TIMEZONE=-3?

The mail problem could be related to a small bug in the initial
release of 0.4.3:
