Hello Mathias, now a bunch of questions....
What version are you running? Latest means what? Do you use a keydisk? Did you enable misdn in rc.conf? Do you see a misdn-init.conf in /etc (which is linked to /tmp/etc)? If you unplug the HFC card and disable misdn in rc.conf, does your asterisk start normally then? What happens if you run /usr/sbin/misdn-init scan /usr/sbin/misdn-init conf ?
