Additionally, if there are extra options that you need to have added to 
dnsmasq.conf, you can add these to a file called /mnt/kd/dnsmasq.static 
(for trunk version--I don't recall off hand if that made it into 0.4.4 
or if that was a more recent change).  This would allow you to do things 
such as designate static IP addresses for devices based on MAC address 
or pass other special options.

option 66 that Kristian mentioned before is automatically generated and 
passed to the conf file.  You can find out more information at this web
