Do you have a recent version of AstLinux?
My example worked fine for me.
If the AstLinux version is not the issue, then it must be a typo or
something.

yes I moved email_in.sh file to "/mnt/kd/" and i have it so:
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 243 Jan 19 00:37 email_in.sh
other files have chmod "drwxr-xr-x"
