after answer I will use Playtones(congestion) before i thalk wit the caller I try this but without success exten =>17,1,Dial(SIP/17,25,r) exten =>17,n,Answer exten =>17,n,Wait(0.1) exten =>17,n,Playtones(transfer) exten =>17,n,Playtones(congestion) exten =>17,n,Playback(vm-nobodyavail) exten =>17,n,Voicemail(17) exten =>17,n,Hangup
