I have been running Astlinux on an HP T5700 series thin client for
about 8 months. It replaced a Soekris Net4801. The major advantage
being more CPU power to support G.729 coding.

Hi,

Any one done Astlinux on DOC? I bought some thin client from ebay, they
have AMD K6/III processor, 128MB RAM, 192MB DOC.
Currently i'm running Astlinux-586 image on this thinclient using IDE,
i tried to fdisk -l to see if i can see DOC that i have but it is not
showing, i bet because astlinux kernel is not compiled to see m-systems
2000 DOC.

Kris are you planning to add DOC support on your astlinux distro? it
would be great for thin clients that boot from IDE and then later dd
image to DOC.
