You might need to edit the "grub.conf" file in the "/boot" folder to point "KD=/dev/hda2" ... I cant remember right off top of head if there is a boot menu select that takes this option into consideration ... If there is one already there, all you should need to do is select it from the boot menu on startup once and it will default to that choice on subsequent boots ...
Basically, you edit grub.conf, then select from menu on boot the boot config you want, next time booted it remembers and defaults to the last orders given until you change your mind ... I think that should do it for you ... Is there a place in the configuration that I am suppose to specify the key disk? I used genkd and installed it to /dev/hda2 on my cf microdisc. I can see that proper configurations where created on /dev/hda2 however it does not seem to be using them. As on every reboot a new ssh key is being created. thanks, austin _______________________________________________ Astlinux-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.kriscompanies.com/mailman/listinfo/astlinux-users Donations to support AstLinux are graciously accepted via PayPal to [EMAIL PROTECTED] REMEMBER: AstLinux mailing lists are moving soon: http://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=170462 Please move any discussions ASAP! _______________________________________________ Astlinux-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.kriscompanies.com/mailman/listinfo/astlinux-users Donations to support AstLinux are graciously accepted via PayPal to [EMAIL PROTECTED] REMEMBER: AstLinux mailing lists are moving soon: http://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=170462 Please move any discussions ASAP!
