Hehe.  I won't give!

This is specific to the polycoms.  Look for the resyncPeriod in the sip.cfg

SNTP tcpIpApp.sntp.resyncPeriod="XXXXX"

The default for XXXXX is 21600 which is pretty long.  I change it to 
3600 (time in seconds).
