Jonathan, I'm having a hard time trying to understand what you're asking. The asterisk-beta branch does not have a working implementation of misdn (at least not to my knowledge). I don't know what (if anything) needs to change to use misdn with Asterisk 1.4.x. Perhaps Ingmar can comment?
