I'm not familiar with the mISDN parts. I don't believe we added support for the openvox cards to the 0.6 branch. Ingmar mentioned adding support for that in trunk a while ago, but I've been concentrating on finishing 0.6.3 so we can put more concentration on getting trunk prepared to be 0.7. ISDN is not commonly used in the US where most of the developers are located. I know there are some people on the list who do use ISDN so hopefully one of those people can respond with their experiences.
