Depends on how they use perl, we might be able to support it. I know microperl is pretty useless, but mini-perl (not to be confused with Minne Pearle) is somewhat more useful. Probably worth bouncing a few ideas off Mr. Randall Schwartz who should have a pretty good idea about the differences between microperl, miniperl and full blown perl. I have no interest in adding a big pile of perl to Astlinux just to support this. Either way, we should be able to figure something out. Why is it the 'make it simple' approach ends up making it difficult for someone else (the developers).
