There are some strong reasons why you wouldn't want to do this.

Trunks are often oversubscribed (it would be prohibitively expensive to
have one outbound circuit per handset)...  oversubscription becomes
harder to do as you break down the resource into smaller and smaller
fractions.

Anyway, Asterisk has some good resources to allow having multiple
distinct orgs share a common switch.
