All 4 of these steps can be accomplished by using the toochain/build script.

makeimage.sh is deprecated.  Use makerunnix.sh instead.

The astlinux tree pulls down everything you need by itself.  You don't need to 
download Asterisk...  and Asterisk release numbering is orthogonal to our 
release numbering.

Don't run 0.6.2.  It's not supported any longer.  0.6.7 is the only supported 
0.6.x release.
