Ok, called them and I might be getting a card or two for testing.  The
list price in the US is apparently going to be $225, which seems a
little high... but they might be available discounted, who knows.

The sales engineer didn't know what chipset handled the power injection,
but said he'd look into it.

He said the card drew power from an ATX/HD connector, and that the draw
of the card was proportional to the load (not constant).

More info as I get it...
