Sorry.

Fixed it.

Dunno how though. I moved most all of the non-unique settings from the 
SIP$mac.cnf file to the SIPDefault.cnf file and it now registers.

Very odd!!

It's still complaining about a parsing error in the SIPDefault file 
though. I'll fix that when I have nothing better to do.
