I believe the 64 Meg CF card might be too small for current distributions.
I THOUGHT the boot partition wanted 128 Meg, plus the remainder for Asterisk, sound files, CDR, etc.

I have also had issues with some brands of CF cards.

Why something so small?

On the thin clients I set up, I use either 512 or 1 Gig flash
the HP thin Clients take a flash that fits a 44 pin header, the reverse sex of a 2.5 Hard drive, and Transcend makes exact replacements in various sizes. I have installed AstLinux in an old thin client with only 128 Meg ( non expandable ) of Ram and a 512 Meg flash, no problems. I can essentially now do it blindfolded!

I am trying to run Astlinux 0.7.4 on a WRAP.2C with 128 meg RAM and 64 meg CF.

The system loads just fine, but when I try to run setup I get the following error:

Format of drive /dev/hda failed, use fdisk manually.

I have tried EVERYTHING to fix this. I have spent over 15 hours so far reading forums and trying different things to get this working.

Can someone please provide exact steps to correct this?
