Darryl, Of course, there's a wonderful alternative to using CLI for configuration changes: I'm quite fond of the AstLinux web interface, which combines oodles of capability in a far friendlier setting than a command line.
Admittedly, I wouldn't encourage non-technical clients to use it for dial-plan changes in a production environment, so I see your point. However, I thought it might be helpful to clarify this point for others who may come across this dialog while browsing through the archives.
