Honestly, Asterisk 10 was not on our radar at the moment.

Does Asterisk 10 use the same file layout as 1.4 and 1.8 ?  Are the sounds/moh 
files located in the same place, etc. ?  If so, not much changing to our 
package/asterisk/asterisk.mk should be necessary to give it a try.
