Do you know for sure you are being SENT the name? Does any other device receive the name, and correctly? Here in the US, the name is an optional extra charge option. Carriers have to dip into a database to get the name, and each dip is a charge to the carrier. Depending on the provider, the charge is a flat rate per month or passed along as an extra part of the service charge.
