Lonnie, If this line in http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/sounds/rebuild_links.sh has anything to say : for lang in en en_AU es fr ru; do then there are no German sounds here at all. I think the solution is to reduce the list $sounds_lang_menu = array ( 'en' => 'english', 'en_AU' => 'english-au', 'es' => 'spanish', 'fr' => 'french', 'ru' => 'russian', 'de' => 'german', 'nl' => 'dutch', 'it' => 'italian', 'se' => 'swedish' ); to only those that are available. And people like me who want others will have to ask/google around. Otherwise someone has to keep/manage a repository at astlinux.org - not that straight forward as it sounds (sorry no pun intended).
