In the "Standard CDR" you can only add "userfield" as last column in the 
Prefs/CDR. The columns are fix otherwise.
But you can play around with "CDR custom" and define your own layout in 
cdr_custom.conf. 
I'm not sure how this is shown in the WebGUI though.
