I would steer completely clear of SIP Trunking on CUCM 4.1. In my initial 
testing I was able to crash the entire system by adding a Diversion Header in 
Asterisk. It was a very basic implementation.
You will need to use H.323 or better still upgrade CUCM to 6+.

The actual integration is simple. Google is your friend here.
