Hi John,

No, we don't include any of the many kernel modules and many additional 
packages required for native WiFi support.

This was a conscious decision by the AstLinux developers some time ago.  In 
order to support WiFi completely and support a wide variety of radios, 
encryptions, WiFi modes, etc. a whole Linux distro could be dedicated to doing 
that. :-)  Not to mention that awesomely featured AP's can be purchased for 
about the same price as a miniPCI WiFi Card and antenna set.

I've heard great things about the Ubiquiti Networks UniFi AP's, though I have 
never used them myself.

Possibly others can offer inexpensive, robust, WiFi Access Point solutions, I'm 
sure the mailing list would find that useful.
