when ive seen this it is a bad SSD / Flash card..  it also often remounts the 
filesystem read only..  then asterisk cant write the SIP registrations to the 
Asterisk DB..

in my experience  you can reboot the machine and it will run for a while.. and 
ive never lost any files...  ive always been able to copy the complete image 
intact from it..

I had a bad batch of Sandisk CF 4 gig cards  that would only last about a year 
then die....
