Hi John,

Yes you can switch to AstLinux 11 without rebuilding your flash drive.

Prefs Tab -> System & Staff Tab Options: -> Repository URL:

For Asterisk 1.8...
http://mirror.astlinux.org/ast18-firmware-1.x

For Asterisk 11...
http://mirror.astlinux.org/ast11-firmware-1.x

Simply change the URL and then perform an upgrade via the System tab.

Tip -> Since you will be editing your /mnt/kd/asterisk files for Asterisk 11,
you may want to keep a backup of your current 1.8 files
$ cp -a /mnt/kd/asterisk /mnt/kd/asterisk18

Note, per the instructions above if you are already running AstLinux 1.1.3
(seems you are) then the System tab won't allow you to upgrade to 1.1.3 with
the changed URL. To work around that, in the System tab...

System Firmware Upgrade: {Revert to Previous] - {Firmware}
- then -
System Firmware Upgrade: {Upgrade with New] - {Firmware}

Tip -> After you are running Asterisk 11, the default config files are located
in /stat/etc/asterisk for your reference.
