The Prefs tab -> CDR Log Tab Options:
Shows the options.
BTW, The "[Special cdr-custom]" format using
/var/log/asterisk/cdr-custom/Master.csv is:

Master.csv =>
"${CDR(start)}","${CDR(clid)}","${CDR(dst)}","${CDR(dcontext)}","${CDR(billsec)}"
