We are aware of an issue affecting both mirror.astlinux.org and files.astlinux.org and are working towards a resolution. At this point, it very likely will involve a new domain as the active leadership in the project does not have control over the DNS or domain astlinux.org.
Once we know how we will move forward, we will advise everyone the steps they need to take to update their systems to point to the proper repositorie for updates.
