Cool I love it! Instead of a WAN Delay which is very changeable, it waits until connectivity is established with a max delay of 2 minutes. Looks like the wonderful ping responder of 8.8.8.8 will be the test IP (. If this is indeed the problem then I think this may just be the fix.
