Hi Jerry, I would not disable the firewall in your AstLinux system, but tweak it with its new private WAN address. I would consider placing all your phones in a LAN behind AstLinux (as you have now), possibly use a VLAN if your switches support them. Your asterisk will now be NAT'ed by the new edge firewall, that will require some minor asterisk configuration changes. Draw a network diagram of all the subnets, VLANs, edge IPs to help. Plan on it taking a few attempts to get things working again.
