That looks correct, your 'find' shows multiple paths for the same file(s).
You can edit /stat/var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/wakeup-call.pl and it will survive
reboots.

You can also edit using the file path /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/wakeup-call.pl
which is the file path Asterisk uses.
BTW, I still recommend using bash instead of perl, as the AstLinux perl is a
minimal implementation.
