Thanks for the offer, Matt. You can certainly look at the code and put up a fix. I'd be delighted if you can do that.
If that's not possible, there's not much else. Because it is a bug, and I know exactly where the problem lies, and the fix isn't a totally trivial one (I would have pushed out a fix if that were the case).
