Since a recent resync of the wireless bits in the Fedora F9/rawhide
kernels to upstream, network connectivity has seriously degraded
leading to time-outs, ssh crashes, high latencies. Fedora kernel
package version and srcversions for which this issue appeared for the
first time read

    2.6.25.4-26.fc9.x86_64
    ath5k: 5A711CFF69D9C2D6F93EE16
    mac80211: 9056D98E9FB2BA44D22C7E9
    cfg80211: 2F73EEBB2DE4F1D785951D4

The 2.6.26 development series is also affected. For the latest
affected package, corresponding versions read

    2.6.26-0.25.rc3.git4.fc10.x86_64
    ath5k: 87FAF6C577A7334AEC52606
    mac80211: 2DC76FE2A96D78AFC2A9CE0
    cfg80211: 2564D4FCC44D681E29221F0

I am using a D-Link DWL-G510 Rev. B4 WLAN client which employs an
AR2414 chipset. The vendor bugzilla entry is:

Anybody else seeing this? ~jf
