Since I had to use an older kernel, I think there is so match differences on mac80211 , wireless and ieee80211
I get the error on this function: SET_IEEE80211_DEV(hw, &pdev->dev); which eventually call: hw->wiphy is null and this cause the error, Now it use my own wiphy from 2.6.23.12, too bad that I can't work with any different kernel for now.
