That's AR5005 chipset.  It combines a MAC chip supported by ath5k and  
MIMO capable radio similar to those supported by ath9k.  It's not even  
supported by MadWifi itself.  I hope in can be traced by using  
mmiotrace with ndiswrapper and Windows drivers.

I'm not sure if ath5k of ath9k would be a better starting point.  I  
tried hacking ath9k to support it, but it soon became clear that some  
code needs to be taken from ath5k.  I think if we can sacrifice  
non-standard pre-802.11n capabilities, ath5k should be the starting  
point.
