Horizontal polarity is a property of the antenna (typical when using long distance).
I'm pretty sure stuck beacon is only a consequence of having lots of noise, which prevents beacon from being sent. I'm not sure stuck beacon is really a bug. Of course, a noisy environment will give bad performance....
