HI Can somebody please clarify how can beacon interval be changed in the ad-hoc mode. In the BSS mode, hostap can be used to modify the beacon interval and it indeed works like a charm. However, the IBSS mode is unclear and i can not figure out how to modify the beacon interval, the default is 10 ms which is rather too small.
Any ideas? thanks in anticipation! cheers!
