Good evening,

I am having trouble enabling power saving mode on *AR5413/AR5414* using
ath5k.

My output is this:
$sudo iw wlan5 set power_save on
$command failed: Operation not supported (-95)

$sudo iwconfig wlan5 power on
$Error for wireless request "Set Power Management" (8B2C) :
SET failed on device wlan5 ; Operation not supported.

If the hardware *doesn't* support power saving mode,
can I enable it through driver hacking?
If so, how? I have found this function so far *ath5k_hw_set_power_mode()*
More help would be appreciated.

If the hardware *does* support said mode,
could it be that there is a bug in ath5k?
If so, are there any patches that fix this problem?

Thanks for your input
