Thanks! This is a very important information! I think I should try
other hardware and mini-PCI card... Can you tell model and
manufacturer of your card? Are you using wireless-testing git?

Yes, I'm already have this option enabled this in my kernel config...

Yes, I using serial port connection to "target" (x86 SBC) with miniCPI
card installed + minicom software in VT102 mode on the "host"...
Usually, when kernel panic happening, I see it on serial port console.
But in this situation I did not see kernel panic message - system just
hang up silently... =(
