I don't know about the best choices for multiplying a miniPCI slot, one choice 
is this, paired with PCI->miniPCI adaptors. Only useful if you have space:

There are probably many other resources out there too that I haven't listed. 
The SparkLAN product is notable as it is not very expensive.
