transmission rate and difference between busy and rx+tx counters.
Can you please explain more how this diagram address this
observation.

count is almost accurate. Rx_frame count is not the air
time but the time that the PHY takes to process a
receive frame. Tx_frame count is the time to transfer
TX data from the MAC to the PHY.
