Thanks for your mail. No, I will do my work :-).
I am aware and have done enough socket programming based on TCP/IP server & 
clients. Just wanted to check if there is any way that I can directly use the 
WiFi device driver Tx and Rx functions to implement the same.

This has nothing to do with WIFI. What you're asking for is some
normal network programming, i.e. how to write a TCP server & client.
But you don't need to do that, actually. Many programs do what you
described.
