Newswire:

Chase Crispin, Tuesday’s Books And Beyond guest is a teenager to watch. A
freshman in high school His knowledge and understanding of all things
technological is legendary. He is destined for a great future. It is exciting
to watch anyone realize their dreams and find their path to success. Crispin is
already well on his way.

Where does all this motivation come from? How have family, friends and teachers
helped him accomplish so much? What is high school like for a blind student
today? When he has time to think about it, what does Chase see himself doing
in a future career only a few years away? Technology changes faster than we
can change socks. Are there further developments or devices Crispin would
like to see?

On our next show, he will share his life with us. How does Chase manage to do
it all? What does Crispin enjoy doing most? Is there some area of interest for
which he has no time right now?

Chase Crispin is currently a freshman in high school who has made the honor
role every semester. Active in Drama Club, Future Business Leaders of
America, Spanish Club, Student Senate, jazz band, concert band, marching band
and choir, he is currently working on the set of the school musical as the

fastest roller coasters he can find. Crispin has competed in the National
Braille Challenge three times

I spoke earlier of Chase’s passion and knowledge of technology. . Those
training videos for APH products can be found on
Youtube. Chase has given presentations on the Braille Plus
family of products in the past at APH's annual meeting. In 2010, they invited
him to Washington, DC where he demonstrated technology and gave a speech to
members of Congress.

he is currently involved with Main Menu on ACB Radio, an online internet
radio station programmed by the blind

for the world. An active member
of the Main Menu team, often contributing content such as demos, interviews,
and Tech Updates, Chase is the backup host for the Main Menu
