Subject: [acb-l] GPS for the Visually Impaired Featured on ViewPoints

This week’s episode of ViewPoints features several GPS products that can be
used by the visually impaired:

ViewPoints 1142 10-19-11 GPS for the Visually Impaired
If you can’t read the street signs or even find them, it’s still nice to be
able to get around independently. Hosts Nancy Goodman Torpey and Peter Torpey
review ways to do that including several GPS options designed for the visually
impaired. They also explain how to use a PC-based mapping tool or the free
TellMe phone service to get directions.
