[ATI] Check out Assistant - Calendar Controlled by Voicehello all here is a great app , this works well with voiceover and goes into your calendar very easy.

you just use a button in the middle of the screen and say the date and time  
what is for. 

you can set flags to remind you one ,two  hours , one or two days ahead of time 
, just a great little app.
