Have any of you ordered products from a company called the Braille superstore? 
It seems to go by several names, including Future Aids and the Braille 
Bookstore? If so, what has been your experience with the company? I ordered a 
new product called the Tiny Tunes Talking mp3 Player. It is not working 
properly and, even if it was, I am not sure I like it or want to use it. I was  
told that they do not offer refunds but don't worry, they will get it up and 
running. I can probably get it exchanged but I am angry about this policy and 
not sure I want to deal with the company or the player even if it is a good 
device. This company offers many products, some of which sound very interesting 
and useful. But if you order anything from them, check out their return policy 
and ask about refunds if you are not happy with what you have bought. I will 
let you know how this gets resolved. John
