Dear Laura,
You could also do a search on the filenames in Google before you
delete them; you can try to open them by hitting enter on them. If they
won't open, Windows might be able to find a program that will.

Yesterday I discovered that my recycle bin is loaded. I delete a lot of
emails and have removed only one, maybe two, programs. It seems to be
letters and numbers. What the heck is it? Does anybody know if there's a
way to open what's in there and find out what it all is? I've tried just
pressing enter and it doesn't work. Any ideas?
