In that case, uncheck the box that says, add signature to all out-going messages.
Tab to advanced and press your spacebar. Tab to your list of accounts and check the accounts you want the signature to be included with. Tab to your list of signatures. Arrow down to the one you want to assign to a particular account and then tab to, advanced and press your spacebar.
