Hi Jeanne.

I am using Outlook 2010. I have a gmail account that goes to my gmail address.
However, if I go directly into gmail, there appears to be over 20,000 messages
in my gmail inbox. I don't know how to limit the number of days messages should
stay in my gmail inbox or how to delete the 23,000 messages currently showing
in my gmail inbox.

I hope this isn't too confusing as I am confused.

Thanks.

KEN

Are all of the messages in a single file or folder. If so, I suggest that you
select All and then press delete.

Is there a way to delete thousands of messages from gmail without doing 100
at a time?

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Thanks.
