It is not accessible at all unless you instll the Mobile Accessability
software from Code Factory. This will not give you much access, only to
things such as the contacts, dialing keypad, email, messaging, and one other
thing which I forget. You will need sighted assistance to set up things such
as the wifi, blue tooth, changing of ring tone, etc. It is very limited in
its function and in my opinion not really worth spending the money on this
type phone, at least until the product is developed further... if it is. IF
you are just wanting a basic phone than it would probably work but then
again the Windows 8 phones are not basic phones.
