You need to turn the folder list back on from lay-out on the view menu. >From the inbox, press alt V for view, then l for lay-out, then tab to folder list and check it. While you are there you can check contacts and have your addressbook to tab to in the same window if you want.

Hello everyone, I finally figured out how to access my folders I made in Out Look. It is different than what I did before. When I’m in the IN box, I tab to where it says “Search Querey…” Then I do a Control Y, arrow down to “IN Box open”, Then arrow down to my folders! Wow, I can sleep tonight! Ha, Ha! Subject: [ATI] Help in finding my folders in Out Look Express! Hello Denny or anyone who can help me. I have Windows 7 Professional, Micro Soft 2010 and I’m using JAWS 15. In my Out Look and in my Emails I have made many folders to save Emails I need to keep. Yesterday while in my Emails, I went to the deleted items and performed a search for a certain name. I found what I was looking for. Now while in my IN box I can’t tab and find “View Sub Folders”. I can’t even move an Email to a particular folder. When I tab, I always get the search cue. Can anyone please tell me how I can change it back so I can view and move Emails into my folders in Out Look? I appreciate any and all help!
